Your order confirmation email has your order number. Have it ready if you get in touch.

My order hasn’t arrived

If it hasn’t arrived within 7 days for UK orders, or 20 days for international orders, email us with your order number so we can look into it with the courier. Claims for delayed or lost parcels must be made within 30 days of the order date.

Can I change the size?

Yes. Exchanges within 30 days on unworn, unwashed items. How to return or exchange

I received the wrong item

Email us within 24 hours of delivery with your order number and details of the item.

Can I change my delivery address?

Only before your order is picked and packed. After that we can’t change it, so contact us as soon as possible.
