We ship goods daily Monday to Friday, any DHL shipping paid for next day on Friday will be received on the following working day (Monday).
There is a surcharge for Saturday delivery if you wish to purchase this option, kindly reach out to our team on 01707 260 505 (option 2) to discuss your options.
Please note all DHL next day orders need to be received before 11:00am for it to be shipped the same day. Any orders received after 11:00am may be dispatched the following working day.
Our DHL delivery times quoted are for working days, and do not include weekends or bank holidays.
Your shipping price will be increased if your delivery postcode falls under – Zones C, D & E. Please refer to the diagram below.
After you have added items in your basket, you’ll have the option to input your postcode to get an estimate on any additional postage costs before proceeding to the checkout. You will see the charge before submitting your order.
The contents of your order and your delivery postcode area will determine which delivery services you will be offered. Items sent by Royal Mail should be with you within 1-5 working days. We are unable to confirm any delivery time and date for this service.
However, any items shipped via courier (DHL) they will automatically email you when your parcel has been collected from us and should include a estimate delivery time and tracking number. You will be updated on the day when your parcel is due to arrive with an estimate delivery time slot, please note these time slots are decided by courier and we do not have any control over this.
Whilst every reasonable effort shall be made to keep to any delivery date, time of delivery shall not be of the essence and HappySkin shall not be liable for any losses, costs, damages or expenses incurred by the customer or any other person or company arising directly or indirectly out of any failure to meet any estimated delivery date. The risk in the goods shall pass from the company to the customer upon delivery of such goods to the customer.
Intelligent Fabric Technologies Ltd (T/A: HappySkin) shall have no to you for any failure to deliver goods you have ordered or any delay in doing so or for any damage or defect to goods delivered that is caused by any event or circumstance beyond its reasonable control.
Cancellation of Order
If an order is yet to be dispatched then you will be able to cancel your order prior to shipping with no penalty cost being incurred and full credit of your account if monies have already been taken.
