Orders placed before 12:00pm (Monday–Friday) are delivered the next working day. Orders placed on Friday after 12:00pm will be delivered on Monday (Next Day service) or Tuesday (Two-Day service), depending on the option selected.

Delivery Zones

Your shipping price may increase if your delivery postcode falls within Zones C, D, or E.
Please refer to the zone diagram displayed at checkout for full details.

All orders to Canada are dispatched via Royal Mail.

Customers must provide a complete and accurate delivery address. A full breakdown of shipping costs, including the total order value, will be displayed at checkout before payment is confirmed.

Shipping costs are calculated based on the number of items and parcel weight.

Once an order has been picked, packed, and prepared for dispatch, it cannot be amended or cancelled.

HappySkin cannot be held responsible for parcels delivered to an incorrect address provided at checkout.

If no one is available to accept delivery, the local postal or courier service may attempt delivery to a neighbour, leave the parcel in a safe location, or return it to a local depot. Customers are responsible for contacting the carrier to arrange redelivery or collection where applicable.

All orders to Ireland (IE) are dispatched via Royal Mail.

Customers must ensure all order details are correct before checkout, including name, delivery address, size, and style. Orders cannot be amended once prepared for dispatch.

HappySkin does not accept liability for parcels delivered to an incorrectly supplied address.

If delivery is unsuccessful, customers must liaise directly with the carrier to arrange collection or redelivery where available.

All international orders are dispatched via Royal Mail.

Worldwide shipping charges are calculated based on parcel weight and destination and will be displayed at checkout before payment is confirmed.

Customers are responsible for ensuring all delivery details are accurate. Orders cannot be amended once dispatched.

If a parcel is returned due to non-collection, refusal, unpaid customs charges, or failure to respond to the carrier, reshipping costs will apply.

We use a range of shipping methods to dispatch your parcel.

Therefore you may be asked to sign when using our express or tracked services.

If you have received your parcel and have received incorrect item(s) within the package.

Then please contact us immidietaly within 24hrs along with your order number and details of the item.

Yes, we can! Once you’ve filled out your billing address details in the checkout you’ll then be able to add an alternative delivery address.

Remembering this step is important as we can’t change this information once the order has been placed or picked, packed and ready for shipping.

Delivery Issues & Claims Timeframes

Customers are responsible for monitoring tracking information provided once an order has been dispatched.

If your parcel has not been delivered within 7 days for UK orders or 20 days for international orders, you must contact HappySkin as soon as possible so we can investigate with our delivery partners.

All delivery-related claims, including delayed or lost parcels, must be reported within 30 days of the order date. After this period, our logistics partners do not permit claims to be raised, and we are unable to offer replacements or refunds.



Parcels Returned to HappySkin

If a parcel is returned to HappySkin due to failed delivery, non-collection, inactivity, refusal, or failure to respond to the carrier, including customs-related requests, the order does not qualify for an automatic refund.

Customers will be required to cover the cost of reshipping before the order can be dispatched again.

Where a refund is issued for any reason, HappySkin reserves the right to deduct delivery, postage, or shipping costs incurred, unless the item is confirmed to be faulty or incorrectly supplied.



Tracking Your Parcel

You can track your order using the tracking link provided in your dispatch confirmation email. Tracking updates are provided by the courier as your parcel moves through their network.



Missing Items / Incorrect Items

If items are missing from your delivery or you have received incorrect items, please contact us immediately and include:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photographs of the parcel and contents

Incorrect or missing item claims must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.



Delivery Address Changes

Alternative delivery addresses can be entered during checkout. Once an order has been placed and prepared for dispatch, delivery details cannot be changed.



Delivery Estimates & Liability

Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. While every reasonable effort is made to meet the estimated delivery dates, time of delivery shall not be of the essence.

HappySkin shall not be liable for any loss, cost, damage, or expense arising from delayed delivery. Risk in the goods passes to the customer upon successful delivery.



Force Majeure

Intelligent Fabric Technologies Ltd (T/A: HappySkin) shall have no liability for any failure or delay in delivering goods, or for any damage or defect to goods, where such failure, delay, damage, or defect is caused by events or circumstances beyond its reasonable control.



Cancellation of Orders

Orders may be cancelled prior to dispatch with no penalty. If payment has already been taken, a full refund will be issued.
