Returns Eligibility
You may return eligible items within 30 days of receiving your order, provided that:

HappySkin reserves the right to refuse any return that does not meet the above conditions.
Items that have been altered, washed, worn, or damaged cannot be accepted for return or exchange.
Customers may return unopened and unused skincare creams within 30 days of the delivery date. For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of any cream that has been opened, used, or had its seal broken.

Exchanges
We understand that purchasing online can sometimes be tricky. If you would like to exchange an item:

Once received and approved, most exchanges are processed within 7 working days.
