Frequency:
- Our short sleeve bodysuit baby & toddler should be worn 24/7 during eczema flare-ups. The more HappySkin is worn, the more benefit your child will get.
Sizing:
- Please check our size guide to ensure a correct fit. Our DreamSkin® technology needs to be in contact with skin at all times.
- Our clothing is true to size and naturally snug.
Creams:
- Please do not use thick layers of cream with HappySkin garments, especially paraffin-based ointments (greasy and oily).
- Oat based creams or similar that can be fully absorbed into your child’s skin work best with HappySkin garments and you should only apply a thin layer and allow to dry before dressing.

Our patented DreamSkin® coating has been proven successful in our NHS prescription range for over a decade is bonded onto every HappySkin garment to help manage eczema in babies, children or toddlers— without paraffin or steroid creams that may block pores or trap sweat.
Applied using nano-sphere dispersion, DreamSkin® molecules naturally form a lamella structure, mimicking the skin’s own cell membrane. This helps regulate moisture, soothe irritation, and support the skin barrier.
Clinical tests showed a 40% increase in skin cell viability after 24 hours, along with better hydration and visibly calmer skin within 7 to 14 days of use.
